Bespoke Flexible Heaters

NEL flexible heater options are endless, from basic geometric to complex irregular shapes, small or large, using the latest AutoCAD FUSION 360 design software our engineers will create a custom heating solution to match your application.

By combining etched foil heaters and thermal protection systems with heatsink design, we produce fully assembled and functionally tested heater units.

Alternatively, a simple flexible heater mat can be supplied in any shape and any size, voltage and wattage with lead assemblies and connectors.

Polyimide Heaters, available in low moisture retention polyimide dielectric.

Kapton Heaters, manufactured using Kapton® dielectric supplied by DuPont.

Silicone Rubber Heaters, available in a variety of silicone rubber dielectric constructions including wear pad applications.

Polyester Heaters, available in optical grade polyester dielectric.

Thermostat, thermal fuse or thermistor control and protection.
